8am - arrival

8:30am-9:30am - on-ice - small group skills

9:45-10:45 - off-ice - dryland (workout, kickball, capture the flag)

11-12 - on-ice - games and competition

12:15-1:15 - off-ice - classroom session (hockey IQ, mental performance, leadership training, video)

1:30- departure

This camp is for 2012 to 2017 birth years. It is recommended to have played at least A level hockey. Please reach out if you have any further questions.

The main goal of our camp is to make this the best week of their summer. While your child will be pushed outside their comfort zone, it will be in an environment where mistakes are encouraged.

There is no additional pressure to be elite or get scouted.

Just a camp to have fun and fall in love with the game.
